Job Description
The Marketing Lead is responsible for driving innovation of advanced paid media strategies that deliver measurable performance. The Marketing Lead plays a critical role in the marketing pod, ensuring client and company success, leading the development of Audience First marketing strategies, flawless campaign execution, and sophisticated testing plans. The Marketing Lead will be responsible for coaching and guiding Analysts to success. The position requires an individual who is business savvy to understand and advance client marketing goals, a technical mind with the attention to detail and patience to troubleshoot within the latest ad tech platforms, and a desire to help lead a team making a big impact in the marketing industry.
Candidate Should Have
- College degree in marketing, business or a related field or equivalent related experience
- 5+ years prior experience in a role requiring similar skill sets
- Ability to lead
- Google Ads certificationsReporting/analysis of online marketing channels (Facebook, DCM, Google Ads, etc.)
- Experience in storytelling through presentation decks
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, determine task priorities and follow-through
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Superior organization, project, and personnel management skills
- MS Office and email proficiency
- MAC proficiency
Physical Requirements
Periods sitting at a desk and monitoring computer (we have ergonomic sit/stand desks)
Responsibilities
- Work with the Analytics team to track media performance and make optimizations
- The Marketing Lead will have 1-3 Marketing direct reports to provide support, guidance, and coaching
- Partner with clients and internal teams to develop robust multi-channel media strategies and campaigns
- Advanced knowledge in creating and managing campaigns within native platforms including Google Ads, Display & Video 360, Search Ads 360, Campaign Manager, Facebook and more
- Media vendor vetting and implementation
- Lead client engagement for assigned accounts
- Lead the data storytelling for client presentation decks
- Identify and execute media tests and continued innovation
- Contribute to fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team-based environment
Education & Experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- College degree in marketing, business or a related field or equivalent related experience
